Orange Broccoli with Cashews and Basil over Wild Rice

Ingredients:

1/2 cup orange juice

1 tbs tamari

1/4 tbs fresh ginger, grated

1/4 tbs garlic, minced

1 tbs sesame seed oil

4 cups broccoli, florets, chopped

1/4 cup cashews

1/4 cup basil, fresh, chopped

2 to 4 tbs of avocado oil

Directions

In a pan over medium to high heat, add 2 tablespoons of avocado oil and broccoli. Saute for 5 minutes. In a separate bowl, mix the orange juice, tamari, garlic and ginger. After 5 minutes of the broccoli cooking, add the mixture and cook for another 5 to 10 minutes. Remove from heat. Add basil, sesame oil, and cashews. Toss. Cover and let sit for 5 minutes. Serve warm over wild rice. Enjoy.
